application process

Children in the early childhood program must be potty-trained and at least 3 years old when school begins.

  • Attend a mandatory Tour (see above for dates).

  • Submit an application by March 1, 2024. Include application fee and parent photos.

  • Once the application is received, the application will be reviewed and if there is space in our classrooms we will send the family enrollment instructions.

  • Admission decisions are made by City Garden Faculty. Notification will be sent in writing beginning in Mid-March. Applications not accepted will be put in the waiting pool and additional acceptances will be ongoing as spots become available. We continue to accept applications on a rolling basis if spots are available in our classrooms. If you are looking to enroll mid-year or if no admissions events are listed above, please email us to schedule a tour.

Admission priority is given to siblings of current  City Garden children, alumni or returning families, children transferring from other Waldorf programs, and children who turn three-years-old by August 31.

Two-Year Old Program

2-Days per week

Half Day (12 pm pickup) $4500 + $750 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $5800 + $850 Supply Fee

3-Days per week

Half Day (12 pm pickup) $6825 + $950 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $8950 + $1000 Supply Fee

5-Days per week

Half Day (12 pm pickup) $11,860 + $1100 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $15,260 + $1300 Supply Fee

Three-Six-Year Old Program

2-Days per week

Half Day (1pm pickup) $4350 + $700 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $5730 + $750 Supply Fee

3-Days per week

Half Day (1pm pickup) $6760 + $800 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $8870 + $850 Supply Fee

5-Days per week

Half Day (1  pm pickup) $11,700 + $900 Supply Fee

Full Day (3 pm pickup) $15,250 + $950  Supply Fee

  • There is a $1000 reservation deposit to hold a spot

  • Tuition is billed via our Brightwheel platform and billed in 10 installments between July - April

  • There is a 10% sibling discount for siblings at City Garden

  • City Garden Follows a traditional school year from September-June

  • All deposits and supply fees are non-refundable
